Death of UPSC Aspirant(s)

Image
Recently, three students tragically lost their lives due to water clogging in the basement of Rau's IAS Study Circle. This incident highlights the severe issues Delhi faces during the monsoon season, which have been worsening year after year. Despite the reported casualties in Old Rajendra Nagar being three, countless other student hardships go unreported, with no media channel daring to expose the true extent of these problems. Old Rajendra Nagar (ORN) is a hub for UPSC aspirants, drawing students from all over India who come with dreams of serving the nation. However, the reality they face here is harsh and often disheartening. The exorbitant room prices are just the beginning. Students frequently deal with unhygienic tiffin centers, which provide substandard food, and accommodations with poor ventilation, leading to unhealthy living conditions. Additionally, the high monthly expenses, especially near the Blue Metro Line, add to their financial burdens. The immense academic press

Segregated Lives

When I was in 9th grade, I used to ponder why people were so stressed. Why didn’t they embrace the happenings of life? Why did they always seem to suffer in their thoughts? Why did they feel life was so unfair, and why weren’t they trying to change it?   ''We suffer more in our thoughts than in real." You have read this quote somewhere on Instagram or maybe in any motivational video. Why is it so? Are sufferings imaginary? Or we are just unsatisfied souls hunting our emotions and  We Suffer ? Mentally Enslaved   The time has changed now, I am no more in 9th class, and I have a differ opinion on my opinion. People are alone, even when surrounded by countless acquaintances, they feel alone. It's not something that can be cured by a company because the problem doesn't lay in the material or better say Physical. It's much of a mental loneliness.  There was a time when this loneliness was an issue of a certain age group section, which has break down through the gene

We Succeed.

India failed to literate it's people, we failed to literate our society and one failed to literate its family. That's my opinion after watching a National Award-winning Movie Newton (2017). I am a student of political science, and as I have studied in my graduation, that there are many issues within the structure of Indian administration. India lacks its roots of democracy on its a huge land. This movie is a visual representation of it.  How have we failed? Is there something the Governments can't do? Or it's just the people who are happy with their backgrounds of illiteracy? If these are not the factors, then why there is absence of Democratic ideas in most of the parts of India? Having all these questions in my small mind, I am unable to sleep. As I recall, one of my college professors Dr. Ashish uses to teach the issues of the Tribal areas as well as the militancy in some areas. Are these areas militant because of lack of education or there is absence of school, coll

a poem from a school book

(An Elementary school Classroom in a Slum)।

Is Judicial Activism is transforming into Judicial Governance?

Image
The Indian democracy is based on its three pillars that are Legislature, Executive and Judiciary. The separation of powers is an essential element of the Constitution. Each of them has their own significance to act in the welfare of the commons. From the very first, at the time of independence, the initial idea of making India the biggest democracy took its path with these pillars. Tho, legislature performs an important role to govern the nation, but not only the Legislature, Judiciary also took hands to govern the nation and this can be seen by last few decades. How? Let’s discuss on such issues. Judicial Activism Indian Judiciary not only performs its function in solving disputes and to passing judgments, it also has some special role to strengthen the democracy. Judicial Activism is the term used to better define this importance. It determines the active participation of the courts whenever the Executive and Legislative bodies fail in the function. Judiciary took the charges

A Nano Time to be Charged!

“Roti, Kapada Aur Makaan” (food, clothes and shelter), the basic principles of a happy life decades ago, but as a river flows, it brings new sediments on its bank. With the advancement of time, the definition of a happy life also changing.   Technological advancement brought a lot of changes in the daily routine of the commons. Electricity, proper water supply, education, jobs etc. are major requirements of the present scenario. Rise in population is also narrowing the resources, but it increasing the production capacity. The working capacity is increasing with the technology and the recent innovations in the field of technology. In previous centuries, where the people use to work in fields 4 to 5 hours a day, whereas, in today’s module the working hours going upwards to 10 to 12 hours because the demands and requirement is increasing frequently. Now, the nap time has also come down from 9 hours to 5-6 hours. It not only affects the efficiency but also act as ill effect on the mi

Understanding Nature and Bruises of the Indian Parliament

“Political Foundation of India lies upon its initial structure that is the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary.” Since the childhood, we use to study that without their equal participation, a building of democracy can’t be imagined. Each of them performs a significant role, and puts the ‘checks and balances’ on the zenith powers of other. ‘As the role of Executive is to run the state and to execute the proceedings, designed by the Legislative body, The work of Judiciary is to restrict those laws and regulation (drafted by Legislature) and put them within the boundaries of the Constitution’, this is the summaries work holdings of the particular. Turning my point towards the politics, the only thing which comes in mind by recognizing the term politics is the Parliament and the Government. Parliament is a body which comes under the shadow of Legislature, as its work is to function upon the law making, and deciding the future of the Country in a legal way. Government is some

King of the Nation AMBANI

What if Ambani   becomes the ‘King of the Nation’   “India is the biggest democracy in the world.” A nation like India consumes a large amount of food grain per day, as we can see the demographic structure of the country is so large. This huge population of India is not only performing a major role in food consumption but also plays a vital role to build up the nation through the way of democracy. Democracy is the basic need upon such a huge and varied population, but what will be the image of the India if a business tycoon becomes the monarch of such a ‘Great Nation.’ If we talk about the biggest business man of the country, we found to note that in present, Mukesh Ambani is the on the top of the list. As we know, he performs a specific role in the backbone of the economy. Most of the daily essential commodities were being provided by him like electricity, LPG etc. as the part of his business. Although, in 2016, he launched JIO sim providing people free access to the inter
