Segregated Lives

When I was in 9th grade, I used to ponder why people were so stressed. Why didn’t they embrace the happenings of life? Why did they always seem to suffer in their thoughts? Why did they feel life was so unfair, and why weren’t they trying to change it?

''We suffer more in our thoughts than in real." You have read this quote somewhere on Instagram or maybe in any motivational video. Why is it so? Are sufferings imaginary? Or we are just unsatisfied souls hunting our emotions and We Suffer?

Mentally Enslaved
The time has changed now, I am no more in 9th class, and I have a differ opinion on my opinion. People are alone, even when surrounded by countless acquaintances, they feel alone. It's not something that can be cured by a company because the problem doesn't lay in the material or better say Physical. It's much of a mental loneliness.

There was a time when this loneliness was an issue of a certain age group section, which has break down through the generations now. Reason? Maybe we don't know yet. In the process to understand the root cause, we need to think on it. But we lost our ability to think. It's the age where even to write an email, we need the help of Ai. Our reason is enslaved now.

Mindlessness
There was an era when we were smarter, when we had the memory to capture every single detail of the day, and now, we don't even remember a road. We need that small screen every time. The Mindlessly Scrolling making us Mindless. We are becoming dumb day by day, losing our creativity and more importantly our essence and our purpose.

We have segregated our youthfulness. The more apps are on the screen, the lonelier we feel. The more we scroll, the lazier we became. I have seen people skipping meals to talk to a stranger on screen or doing nothing then scrolling. We lost the era, when we use to have a single dinner together in a home. Now there are 6 dinners in a family of 6. We all are getting far away from each other even if we live together.

Hunger for Dopamine
Loneliness isn't a phenomenon of missing out the people, nowadays. We don't miss people now, although we don't even remember them. We are just blurring our most of the life. Suicide rate has been increased, earlier, people had blamed some reasons to kill themselves, they had stress and burden of lives, lives which were dependent on them. But now, people are just unhappy, so they want to be unalive.

Happiness isn't that is permanent, we need to understand that somedays we need to sleep with the failures, but some nights we need to work on it. Success isn't something that can be achieved in one day, so did the happiness.

One need to work on themselves, arrange their emotions in a manner that they reduce their dependency from others as well as from the screens. This screen makes us to stick with it by creating endless loop of hope in us, hope of finding something good, expectation of happiness and as a wise person said, Expectation Hurts, be it through screens or humans.

Think & Live
Increase your dependency on yourself to create you, not the persona of a screen addict but the actual you. One need to work on things that are beyond the controls of screens. It is the time, when people are more distracted, engaged in the games of Engagements, one has opportunity to beat the competition, and its the only way to sort out the crowd of mindless consumers.

In the way to happy, not alone, we need to be a human first, not a consumer and commentator. We need to be critical and rational, not the blind crowd. We need to be self-aware, not a puppet of screens and we need to Think in the process of being alive.
